DotBrick Studio ("Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws to protect users' personal information and ensure their rights.
1. Information We Collect
A. Collected Items
- Login Information: (Google/Apple) Platform-specific Unique ID, Email, Profile Name / (Guest) Device Unique ID (UUID/ADID)
- Service Usage Records: Game progress data (level, items, etc.), access timestamps, misconduct logs, coupon usage, and detection/sanction logs for unauthorized activities
- Payment Information: In-app purchase history and receipt numbers (Payments are processed by the store)
- Advertising & Analytics: Advertising Identifier (ADID/IDFA), Device Model, OS Version, Country Settings, App Usage Statistics
- Automatically Collected Information: IP address, cookies, access logs, device information, service usage statistics
B. Collection Methods
We collect personal information when users access the service, sign up, make in-app purchases, or submit customer inquiries. Information automatically generated during service use is collected via automated tools.
※ Right to Refuse Consent: You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, refusing consent for required items may limit your access to the service.
2. Purpose of Collection
- Service Provision: Saving/loading game data via 'Backnd' server, mailbox, and coupon systems
- Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, identity verification, and processing refunds/withdrawals
- Payments & Refunds: Verifying in-app purchases, providing content, and processing refunds, cancellations, and overpayment returns
- Analytics & Ads: Personalized ads, performance analysis, and usage statistics (Firebase, Google Analytics)
- Security: Monitoring and sanctioning unauthorized programs (macros, hacks, mods) and preventing fraudulent use
- Legal Compliance: Fulfilling retention obligations under the Electronic Commerce Act and other applicable laws

4. Advertising Networks
We use Unity LevelPlay for monetization. Third-party networks (AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin) may collect information. You may opt-out via your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads / iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking).
5. Retention and Deletion
A. Retention Period
Personal data is retained during the service period and deleted immediately upon account withdrawal.
B. Legal Retention Requirements
Pursuant to applicable laws, the following records are retained:
- Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (E-Commerce Act Art. 6)
- Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years (E-Commerce Act Art. 6)
- Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (E-Commerce Act Art. 6)
- Records of marketing/advertising: 6 months (E-Commerce Act Art. 6)
- Access logs (website visit records): 3 months (Communications Privacy Act Art. 15-2)
C. Destruction Method
Electronic files are permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Pursuant to Articles 35–37 of the Personal Information Protection Act, users may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Right to access personal data
- Right to correction or deletion
- Right to suspension of processing
- Right to withdraw consent
You may exercise these rights by emailing the contact below. We will respond promptly. If you request correction or deletion of inaccurate data, we will not use or disclose the data until correction or deletion is complete.
7. Security Measures
Pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, we implement the following measures:
- Administrative: Internal management plan and regular audits
- Technical: Access control, encryption, security software, HTTPS communication
- Physical: Access control to server rooms and data storage areas
8. Protection of Minors
This service is intended for users aged 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 and will delete such information immediately upon discovery. If a child under 14 is found to have signed up, we will notify the legal guardian and delete the account.
Furthermore, if a minor under the age of 19 makes an in-app purchase, the legal guardian may cancel the contract pursuant to Article 5 of the Korean Civil Code. Please refer to the Terms of Service for details.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies. Any changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes significantly affecting user rights, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance.
