B. Overseas Third-Party Provision — Store Refund Review Records

When a user requests a refund from the App Store or Google Play, that store may ask the Company for records showing whether the purchase was delivered and to what extent the currency was used. The Company provides the records described below only where the user has given separate consent and only upon a request from the store.

The Company provides factual records only in response to a store's request, and does not provide directly identifying information such as your name, email address, or profile name. Your account is represented by a substitute identifier rather than your original account identifier. The final refund decision rests with each store; providing these records neither guarantees nor compels a denial. The Company does not take any adverse measure against a user solely because the user requested a refund.

We use Unity LevelPlay for monetization. Third-party networks (AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin) may collect information. You may opt-out via your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads / iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking).

This service is intended for users aged 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 and will delete such information immediately upon discovery. If a child under 14 is found to have signed up, we will notify the legal guardian and delete the account.

Furthermore, if a minor under the age of 19 makes an in-app purchase, the legal guardian may cancel the contract pursuant to Article 5 of the Korean Civil Code. Please refer to the Terms of Service for details.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies. Any changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes significantly affecting user rights, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance.
